How to fool the audience - step one: have the actor stick his head out the window.

Step two: have him duck back inside, while holding onto the window frame.

Step three: have a stuntman with a bad wig climb out, and try to keep his face away from the camera, no matter how akward it is.

Of course, thanks to modern technology, nowdays you can just digitally map the actor's face onto the stuntman, and nobody would ever know the difference!
